We collect information that you voluntarily provide to us through contact, quotation, and registration forms: name, email address, phone number, company, position, and attached CAD files. We use your data to respond to quotation requests, process manufacturing orders, provide technical support, send relevant commercial information (with prior authorization), and improve our services. CAD files are used exclusively for manufacturing the requested parts and are not shared with third parties without your explicit consent.
The processing is based on your consent, the execution of a contract (quotation/order), and the legitimate interest of improving our processes. We retain your data for the duration of the business relationship and up to 5 years afterward to comply with legal and tax obligations. Browsing data is retained for 12 months.
We may share data with external processors: hosting services (servers in Argentina), email marketing platform, web analytics provider, and, when necessary, with carriers for product delivery. All our providers comply with security standards equivalent to ours. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
You have the right to access, rectify, delete, limit processing, object to it, and request the portability of your data. All information about manufacturing capabilities, tolerances, and deadlines is provided accurately and verifiably. We do not guarantee specific results without prior technical evaluation of the client's CAD files.
