Conditions governing access to and use of the Laserhitch engineering and manufacturing platform.
Laserhitch offers precision engineering, laser cutting, and manufacturing services for metallurgical components, including industrial hitches and automotive parts, to manufacturers and companies in the industrial sector.
This document establishes the legal conditions regulating the use of the B2B portal, the receipt of CAD files, the quotation of series production runs, and the delivery of parts in accordance with agreed technical specifications.
The client is responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the CAD files, drawings, and technical specifications provided for the manufacturing of parts.
Any error or omission in the supplied data shall be the sole responsibility of the client, and Laserhitch shall not assume additional costs arising from corrections not attributable to its production process.
CAD files, drawings, and technical documentation sent by the client remain their intellectual property. Laserhitch undertakes not to disclose, copy, or use such information for purposes other than manufacturing the requested products.
Laserhitch implements physical and digital security measures to protect confidential information, including restricted server access and confidentiality agreements with its technical staff.
Information that is in the public domain, must be disclosed by legal mandate, or has been independently developed by Laserhitch without using the client's data shall not be considered confidential.
Quotations issued by Laserhitch are valid for 15 business days from their date of issue, unless a different period is stated in the document.
Order acceptance is formalized by signing a purchase agreement or through written confirmation from the client. Once accepted, Laserhitch will begin production planning according to the agreed timelines.
Laserhitch manufactures all parts in accordance with the dimensional tolerances specified in the client's drawings or, failing that, according to applicable industry standards (IRAM, ISO).
The client has a period of 10 business days from receipt of the parts to notify in writing of any manufacturing defect or deviation from the agreed specifications.
In the event of a justified rejection, Laserhitch will evaluate the part within 5 business days and, if the defect is confirmed, will proceed with a free replacement or a refund of the part's value, at the client's choice.
Claims for damage caused by improper use, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear of the part will not be accepted.
Laserhitch shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, production interruption, or any other economic loss arising from the use of the manufactured parts, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
The total liability of Laserhitch in connection with any order is limited to the value of the defective or non-conforming product, not exceeding the total amount paid for that order.
Payment conditions are agreed upon in writing for each order. Laserhitch reserves the right to suspend production or delivery in the event of partial or total non-payment.
Invoicing is carried out in accordance with current Argentine tax legislation. The client is responsible for providing correct tax information at the time of placing the order.
These terms of use take effect on the date of the client's first use of the B2B portal and remain in effect until modified or terminated.
Laserhitch reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, notifying changes at least 15 days in advance through the portal or by email. Continued use of the service after notification implies acceptance of the new conditions.
